Monthly plans are billed on the date you subscribe and renew automatically each month. The Daily plan is billed per day with a minimum commitment of 3 days. The Yearly plan is billed once upfront for the full year. You can cancel monthly plans at any time before your next billing cycle.
There are no "unused requests" to worry about. MyDesigner operates as an unlimited subscription — you can submit as many requests as you like during your billing period. Requests are worked on based on your plan's concurrency (1, 2, or 3 at a time). There is nothing to roll over.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new price takes effect at your next billing date. Contact us and we will handle the switch immediately.
